Medicaid Payments Delayed as State Transitions to New Financial System

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) recently informed providers that, due to the upcoming transition to the Statewide Integrated Governmental Management Application (SIGMA), there will be a delay in Medicaid fee-for-service payments and remittance advices (RAs) from the MDHHS. There will be no payments or RAs issued Oct. 5; they will be combined with those for Oct. 12.
