Members of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Partnership for Patients, MHA Keystone Center, and Great Lakes Partners for Patients (GLPP) Hospital Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN) are invited to participate in a three-part webinar series, Advancing Health Equity.
Registration is free and open to all GLPP HIIN members.
Participants will increase their knowledge and awareness of health equity and data collection and will learn how to use data to identify and address health disparities and improve the quality and safety of care.
