MHA Workplace Safety Collaborative Offers Webinar on Mitigating Violence

The MHA Workplace Safety Collaborative is hosting a webinar from 1 to 2 p.m. April 27 to address workplace violence amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Violence in healthcare is a well-documented, pervasive and underreported threat to healthcare worker and patient safety. This issue has been exacerbated as healthcare organizations and patients grapple with the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.

Ken Smith, CHSP, CIE, CHCM, Healthcare Safety Services, will present on the implications of healthcare violence while managing a necessary response to the pandemic.
