Trustee Event Focused on Quality Accountability

Posted on November 18, 2019

Hospitals are asked to provide data on a dizzying array of quality measures, making it difficult for governing board members to identify the measures that correlate to their unique quality improvement priorities. The trustee workshop Linking Quality to Strategy and Operations will help board members understand the quality of care being delivered in their hospital or health system and how to establish clear and dependable monitoring systems that result in higher performance.

Quality dashboards/scorecards will be reviewed in-depth, and attendees will be asked to meet with their hospital's quality director to review data and bring their quality dashboard/scorecard to the workshop. The workshop will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 23 at MHA headquarters. The registration fee $195 per person.

Registration and questions should be directed to Erica Leyko at the MHA. For more information about MHA trustee resources, contact Erin Steward at the MHA.
