Posted on August 17, 2018
Registration is now open for the MHA Keystone Center Fall 2018 Workshop, scheduled for Oct. 23, which is designed for healthcare workers in the critical care setting.
The one-day event will take place at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids and feature state and national healthcare experts who will discuss critical care issues, such as intensive care unit clinician burnout, quality improvement, and palliative care. The workshop will feature a breakout session, which will allow participants to discuss burnout warning signs and prevention methods and treatment options. The information and acquired skills learned in this workshop will be able to be applied to members’ organizations to improve safety and quality.
Attendees will also hear from peers on lessons learned, which will include practical and usable insights, specifically from the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Pay for Performance PG 1-4 Program Storyboard presentations.
Members may now register for the event via the MHA Member Portal and a virtual option is available for members who cannot attend in-person.
For more information on the event, contact the MHA Keystone Center.
