The MHA Keystone Center Fall Workshop aims to help MHA Keystone Center members learn more about caring for patients in the critical care setting. State and national healthcare experts will discuss intensive care unit clinician burnout, quality improvement, palliative care, and hot topics in critical care. Attendees will also hear from peers on lessons learned which will include practical and usable insights, specifically from the Blue Cross Blue Shield Pay for Performance storyboard presentations.
The full-day event will take place at the J.W. Marriott Grand Rapids, and feature a breakout session, which will allow participants an opportunity to discuss burnout warning signs and prevention methods as well as treatment options.
Overall, members will learn new information that can be applied to their organizations to improve patient safety and quality.
The workshop is designed for critical care nurses, physicians, quality improvement directors, physical therapists, respiratory therapists and administrators. A virtual option will be available for those unable to attend in person.
