The Great Lakes Partners for Patients (GLPP) is collaborating with the Joint Commission Center for Transforming Healthcare (CTH) to support GLPP hospitals in their journey to become high reliability organizations.

As part of this effort, monthly webinars are available to GLPP Hospital Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN) hospitals that discuss practices and processes of HROs.

Registration is free and open to all GLPP HIIN hospitals.

Timothy J. Vogus, Ph.D., associate professor of management, Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, and Browlee O. Currey, Jr., professor of management, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, will discuss compassion practices and patient satisfaction.

The target audience for this webinar is CEOs, chief medical officers, chief nursing officers, vice presidents/directors of quality and safety, and anyone engaged in creating an environment of accountability and reliability.
