This webinar will provide an overview of KEPRO’s new person and family engagement (PFE) initiative, which highlights KEPRO’s role goals and PFE services. KEPRO’s collaborative efforts with stakeholders and providers regarding this initiative will also be discussed.
KEPRO is the Beneficiary and Family-Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for over 30 states. KEPRO offers information and assistance to providers, patients, and families regarding Medicare beneficiary complaints, discharge appeals, Immediate Advocacy, and Patient Navigation.
