The MHA Keystone Center Patient Safety Organization (PSO) Safe Table, focused on concentrated insulin and adverse drug events, will be held June 22 at the Courtyard Grand Rapids Downtown, Grand Rapids.
The purpose of the safe table is to bring together pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to discuss adverse drug events, specifically pertaining to the administration of and policies related to concentrated insulin among inpatients.
The safe table is an interactive session, so attendees are encouraged to come equipped with stories and information to share with the group.
Space is limited, so please register by June 16. Questions may be directed to Adam Novak at the MHA Keystone Center.
Lunch will be provided starting at noon, with the meeting beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Among MHA Keystone PSO member organizations, all pharmacists, medication safety officers, risk managers and other staff are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend.
